By accessing the Site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Legal & Compliance Page, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.
2. ELIGIBILITY & PROHIBITED PERSONS
2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to access the Site and at least 21 years old to purchase any item that could be used to manufacture a handgun. By using the Site, you represent and warrant you meet these age requirements.
2.2 Prohibited Persons: YOU ARE EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN FROM USING THIS SITE OR MAKING A PURCHASE IF YOU ARE A “PROHIBITED PERSON” UNDER FEDERAL LAW (18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or (n)), INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- A convicted felon.
- A fugitive from justice.
- An unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance.
- Adjudicated as mentally defective or committed to a mental institution.
- Subject to a restraining order.
- Convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
- Under indictment for a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
- An illegal alien or non-immigrant visa holder.

3. PRODUCTS & LEGAL NATURE OF SALE
3.1 “As-Is” Sale: All products are sold “AS-IS” and “WHERE-IS” with all faults. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
3.2 No Firearm Sale: We do not sell completed firearms. We sell components, tools, and kits. UNDER CURRENT ATF INTERPRETATIONS (FINAL RULE 2021R-05F), ITEMS SOLD AS “80% LOWERS,” “80% FRAMES,” OR IN CERTAIN “KITS” MAY BE CONSIDERED FIREARMS. You assume all legal risk associated with this determination.
3.3 Manufacturing Responsibility: If you manufacture a firearm from components purchased here, you become the maker of that firearm. You are solely responsible for:
- Complying with all laws regarding serialization (27 CFR § 478.92) if the firearm is ever transferred.
- Ensuring the final firearm does not violate the National Firearms Act (NFA).
- Your own safety and the functionality of the final product.
3.4 No Resale for Commercial Purposes: Products are sold for personal use and manufacturing only. You may not purchase items for the purpose of resale or distribution unless you hold a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). We reserve the right to cancel any bulk or suspicious order.
4. ORDER PROCESS, PAYMENT & SHIPPING
4.1 Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only when we ship the item. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inability to verify information, or potential legal non-compliance.
4.2 Pricing & Errors: We attempt to ensure accurate pricing. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed with incorrect prices.
4.3 Payment: We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount.
4.4 Shipping & Address Verification: We ship to the physical address provided. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses. We use age-verification and address-verification services. By providing your shipping address, you affirm it is a secure location where you, the purchaser, can receive the package. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site, its content, logos, and designs are our property or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED USES

7.1 LIMITATION: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLYMER80 FIREARMS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LEGAL FEES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE.
7.2 INDEMNIFICATION: YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS POLYMER80 FIREARMS FROM ANY CLAIM, DEMAND, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES) ARISING FROM YOUR (a) USE of the Site or products, (b) VIOLATION of these Terms, or (c) VIOLATION of any law or third-party rights.
8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
